Starbucks Korea is not owned by Starbucks, but Korean company Shinsegae. Therefore, its app is different than the one used in the U.S. Although they look similar for their order system and everything, their reward programs are different.
So far, Starbucks Korea app is only available in Korean. (You can see 스타벅스 as the app's name)
One fun fact about Starbucks in Korea is that there is a Starbucks sign in Korean, not English in Insadong gil where you can find traditional style souvenirs, tea shops and restaurants.
